- Partner with delivery teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and governance practices
- Implement and monitor quality controls, review mechanisms, and risk management processes
- Perform metrics reporting, root cause analysis (RCA), and process reviews
- Support compliance with industry best practices such as CMMI V2 Level 5 and ISO standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Advisory projects
- Influence stakeholders and promote a culture of quality and accountability
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of three (3) years relevant experience, preferably from audit
- Background in quality, delivery governance, or process assurance within consulting, technology, or managed services
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
- Hands-on experience in metrics reporting, RCA, quality reviews, and process improvements
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence without direct authority
- Willing to work in a Hybrid
