    About the Role:

    We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Supervisor to lead, coach and drive performance for a team of outbound sales representatives selling meal prep subscriptions. This role is hands-on and KPI-driven.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, manage and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives
    In addition:
    • Monitor individual and team KPIs (calls, contacts, conversion rates, revenue)
    • Conduct daily huddles, call blitzes and performance reviews
    Data-Driven Decision Making Required.
