Functional Overview:

IT OSS Part-Time Employment is in charge of providing technical and non-technical support to end-users and IT infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in system back up and maintenance functions
• Support network and hardware troubleshooting
• Update user and technical documentation
• Conduct calls to troubleshoot desktop and PC issues
• Provide help desk support to staff needing technical assistance
• Aid in building and deploying desktop computers and laptops images for deployment
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Minimum Competencies:

• Outstanding customer interface skills
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Strong written and oral communication abilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
• Preferably with 300 to 800++ hours of internship experience (around 1 month+)
• Open to working in various locations
• Available for shifting schedules, holidays, weekends, and night shifts
• No prior work experience necessary
