Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire potential clients through affiliates, suppliers, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough background and credit assessments.
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, including loan disbursement, payment monitoring, and renewals.
- Design and execute marketing strategies and compelling value propositions.
- Promote and cross-sell complementary financial products (e.g., Asenso, Insuretayo).
- Establish and nurture partnerships with agencies and industry associations.
- Deliver engaging product presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and interpret market data to guide business strategies and performance targets.
- Collaborate with Operations on background investigations.
- Draft and prepare legal and loan documentation (e.g., undertakings, mortgage agreements).
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Generate reports (Activity Reports, Monthly Work Programs, Work Program Accomplishments) and propose policies to address client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- At least 1 year of marketing experience, preferably in a financial institution or similar industry.
- Established network or client base is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
