    • Working with the Legal Operations and Business Integration Manager to provide L&BA with relevant artefacts to support all new/improved policies and processes and to contribute to the departmental knowledge bank.
    • Support the implementation of Business Ethics and Compliance, Privacy and Legal Operations programmes through the familiarisation and utilisation of the available tools and platforms.
    • Contributing to the monitoring of the L&BA budget by processing all invoices and expenses for costs incurred by members of the L&BA department and keeping a record of costs and recharges for reporting purposes.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

    • Experience of working in a complex, multi-dimensional organisation handling confidential, sensitive, and commercial information.
    • Strong IT skills, including a comprehensive knowledge of MS Office packages and, ideally, Office 365 including SharePoint.
    • A strong team-player with a flexible approach to the varying demands of the office as a whole.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
    • Ability to work on a range of tasks simultaneously, balancing priorities and demands of several people and managing workload effectively.
    • Ability to work under pressure and to complete tasks speedily but without compromising quality or accuracy.
    • Discretion, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
    • Strong professional ethics and integrity able to treat individuals with respect in all circumstances and protect confidential information.

If you're curious to learn (we are an education and research publishing organisation after all), and a perfect mix of self-starter and team player we invite you to pursue your potential with us.
