Job summary
As a Digital Media Specialist at MicroSourcing you will collaborate with the account management and media buying team on clients' media strategy create present and execute digital media marketing strategies including setting up UTM tracking review analytic data to identify opportunities and tactics define proper targeting segmentation and strategy for campaigns provide recommendations on budget allocation assess potential traffic sources and new media opportunities oversee optimize campaigns monitor campaign performance making appropriate adjustments analyze results data to ensure all campaigns are achieving or surpassing client agency performance goals develop maintain customized reporting based on each client's marketing goals KPIs including any data creative needed for co-op submission stay up-to-date on advertising trends in display video build maintain strong working relationships with external partners agency colleagues
