Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Salary: ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 + allowances
Work Setup: Fully Onsite (Monday – Saturday)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate has proven experience hiring across multiple levels — from blue-collar workforce to C2-level executives — and can independently drive sourcing strategies while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver talent aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding
- Source candidates through networks, databases, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess skills, competencies, and cultural fit
- Handle hiring for blue-collar roles, mid-management, and C2-level leadership positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers on manpower planning and job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and provide structured candidate feedback
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices
- Monitor recruitment metrics and submit regular hiring reports
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven recruitment experience
- Experience in both volume hiring (blue-collar) and executive search (C2 level)
- Strong independent sourcing capability
- Excellent screening and interviewing skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
- Experience using ATS and recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred
