    Job Description:Med Supply US is seeking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to join our team. The Sales Director will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the DME/Healthcare market.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key clients.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management.
    • Mentor and coach sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 3 years of experience in Healthcare industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
