Job summary
As a Workforce Capacity Planner/Scheduler in our back-office Workforce team you will be responsible for analyzing historical data trends and seasonality to forecast staffing needs accurately and ensuring our business operations are supported by optimal levels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing requirements accurately and develop comprehensive workforce capacity plans
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify trends make data-driven recommendations for workforce optimization
- Work closely with department leaders to understand business needs align workforce plans with strategic objectives Identify opportunities for process improvements within workforce management implement best practices to enhance efficiency Create manage employee schedules ensure adequate coverage while optimizing productivity minimizing labor costs
