    Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable Assistant

    Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to kickstart your finance career? We're looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to support our financial operations. No experience? No problem — we welcome fresh talent

    What You'll Do:

    • Process supplier invoices and employee expenses
    • Manage corporate card transactions and reconcile accounts
    • Collaborate with teams globally to ensure timely payments
    • Support month-end closing and reporting
    • Maintain accurate records and resolve payment queries
    • Follow internal controls to ensure compliance

    What We're Looking For:

    • Degree in Finance/Accounting
    • Candidates with Accounts Payables working experience will be considered for mid-level role
    • Knowledge in Tax will be an advantage
    • Good communication and teamwork skills
    • High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
    • Good MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
