    Job summary:

    This role is responsible for performing a variety of financial planning activities including flash, forecasting, budgeting, building financial models, performing research and analysis through partnering with Operations and other departments. The role is also responsible for preparing reports and invoices and assisting with month-end close activities and process improvement initiatives.

    Tasks:

    • Flash reporting, forecasting and budgeting
    • Performance and variance analysis
    • Preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and reports
    • Assistance with month-end close processes
    • Creation and audit of monthly client invoices and supporting documents
    • Understand key business drivers, analyze trends and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
    • Work closely with operations leadership and assist with concerns, inquiries and decision-making
    • Establish strong collaborative relationships with teammates, operations and all stakeholders
    • Build and develop financial reports, projections and models
    • Regular review of processes to drive innovation and improve efficiency
    • Meet key performance indicators such as, but not limited to, accuracy and timeliness
    • Support business strategies and plans, company mission and values and adapt to changing work environment, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture

    Qualifications:

    • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in financial planning with exposure to business analysis and operations support preferably in a BPO, shared services or multinational environment
    • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or closely related field
    • Technically proficient with business reporting tools; Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, experience working with macros and PowerBI a plus
    • Good analytical and critical thinking, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills
    • High integrity, strong work ethic, great attention to detail/accuracy, and a successful track record in setting priorities and meeting deadlines
    • Willing to work on night shift and flexible hours to meet changing work environment and meet tight deadlines
