    POSITION: PROJECT ENGINEER - CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL (MANAGER LEVEL) FOR SM SMART CITY

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Prepare and review structural designs, calculations, drawings, and technical specifications for buildings and infrastructure projects.
    • Conduct site inspections to monitor construction progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with approved plans.
    • Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
    • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and local regulations.
    • Evaluate structural integrity and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
    • Review contractor submissions such as shop drawings, method statements, and material approvals.
    • Assist in project planning, cost estimation, and risk assessment.
    • Provide technical support during construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
    • Prepare engineering reports, documentation, and as-built drawings.

    JOB QUALIFICATION

    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
    • Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC).
    • At least years of relevant experience in civil and structural design and/or construction.
    • Strong knowledge of structural analysis, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and foundation design.
    • Familiarity with local and international building codes and standards.
    • Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, or similar).
    • Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and coordination abilities.
    • Willing to WORK ONSITE at MOA Complex, Pasay City
