    ABOUT THE ROLE

    MRM has an exciting opportunity to work on one of our top global accounts as the Marketing Coordinator- Budget & Activity Planning (BAP). This role supports all budgeting and finance related activities for this account's Centralized services.

    What is this role, and how does it positively impact the business?

    The Budget & Activity Planning role supports budgeting activities for the service desk and ensures financial compliance. This role monitors all activity during the course of the fiscal year, tracks deliverables and ensures that the proper systems and processes are followed with respect to requests, proof of execution, invoice approvals and forecasting updates. This role is expected to provide reporting and KPI's periodically through the year.

    Your core day-to-day responsibilities include:

    • Service Engagement: Supports new fiscal year planning efforts and responds to budget management queries. Supports requests from field marketers for PO/IO requests systemically and ensures compliance. This role is expected to be a resource to their local region on all matters related to the contract and guides them on all the necessary tools and pro
    • Budget, Forecasting & PO Management: Acts as the single point of contact for marketing execution from developing the project plans and coordinating local execution. Shares Allocadia activity IDs with marketers and local agencies to ensure end to end tracking. Manages marketing service requests and coordinates with local privacy leads to ensure compliance. Validates the customer journey data flow and co-ordinates events.
    • Data Quality, Hygiene & Compliance: Consult with budget owners during the course of the fiscal year and investigate spend discrepancies and ensure adherence to local budget restrictions and PO compliance.
    • Budget & Spend Reporting: Manage accurate spending reports and update the budget forecast throughout the year. Provide updates on spend tracking against established KPIs and identify actionable insights so that budget owners can take necessary actions.

    Required Experience:

    • 2 years or more work experience in accounting, business operations or business consulting.
    • Budgeting and forecasting work experience

    Required Competencies/Skills:

    • Working knowledge of accounting principles and budgeting
    • Demonstrated understanding of Excel with advanced skills
    • Proven skills in written and verbal communications
    • Basic business, systems, and process analysis
    • Ability to articulate and evangelize services with stakeholders.
    • Relationship management, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills
