    • The Senior Accountant will handle high-level accounting and will assist the Chief Financial Officer in ensuring completion of all activities of the accounting department

    Essential Functions:

    • Assist in all aspects of accounting, financial statements, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, inventory accounting, revenue recognition, and various special analyses
    • Prepare and review monthly financial statements within established deadlines
    • Work closely with billing and IT departments to validate revenue calculations
    • Monitor cash balances
    • Assist with quarterly/annual budgets and forecasts
    • Organize information and statements for audits and tax returns
    • Assist with local/state licensing and tax requirements
    • Additional Senior Accountant duties as needed Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent computer skills; experience in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
    • Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as a team
    • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy
    • CPA is required
    • US Accounting experience
    • Amenable to work on a night shift schedule and onsite
