    Responsibilities:
    • Owns thefunctional and technical end-to-end solution:
    • Ensures end-to-end solution cohesion and correctness
    • Designs and takes responsibility for the governance of an integrated system that meets the product owner's vision.
    • Assesses the systems architecture currently in place and works with technical staff to continually improve it.
    • Provides leadership and guidance to the team throughout the implementation to ensure accurate delivery of project plans.
    • Owns the specifications and requirements of the systems architecture.
    • Assists the Product Owners / functional resources with requirements gathering and providing design guidance.
    • Facilitates discussions with business and technical stakeholders to translate critical business requirements and present a technical vision and solutions in the form of software products, customizations, and integrations.
    • Possesses deep knowledge of the Dynamics 365 platform including Finance and Operations, and/or
    • Customer Engagement with the particular strength in identifying what can be delivered out of the box and when it is fitting to use custom development.
    • Work with clients on their Microsoft cloud adoption strategy.
    • Creating high-level architectural designs based on customer requirements.
    • Deliver product presentations and configured demonstrations to prove our ability to meet a prospect's cloud adoption needs.
    • Act as the Technical Design Authority on projects alongside the Technical Architects.
    • Provide governance to projects and mentor members of the team.
    • Showcase our propositions to customers via online webinars and face-to-face workshops.
    • Engage with stakeholders and ensure our solutions are understood throughout the firm.
    • Engage with customers on a long-term basis and drive Microsoft Azure adoption.
    • Maintains knowledge of third-party software vendors to leverage complementary offerings and effectively compare and contrast solutions.
    • Create collateral and GTM (go-to-market) ideas to enhance our offering in the marketplace
    • Work on proposals and RFI's alongside the sales and pre-sales teams
    • Maintaining technical knowledge by working closely with our Microsoft account teams

    Qualifications:
    • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses.
    • Has at least 5 years of in-depth experience with Azure Platform, Power Platform, Business Applications such as Dynamics 365 CRM, F&O, SCM
    • With experience in Integration Patterns, Object Oriented Design, Test Driven Development, DevOps
    • Able to lead the module in a large-scale implementations
    • With experience or knowledge of how to modernize applications and processes using the Azure platform and technologies
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and manage a range of relationships in a
    • complex environment
    • Has relevant Microsoft certifications and training
    • Has experience with data management tools, training, and testing tools
      • Good interpersonal and communication skills and must demonstrate collaboration and teamwork, is innovative and constantly seeks improvement
    • Good analytical, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure documents are consistent in language, terminology
    • and style
    • Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards
    • Ability to handle highly confidential information with tact and discretion
