    Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Specialist



    This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to think critically, work independently, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.



    Job Description



    • Conduct call quality audits and documentations check to verify compliance with operations procedures.
    • Evaluate source data comprehensiveness and accuracy by performing spot checks.
    • Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Patient Care Consultants to ensure they meet quality standards.
    • Create management reports based on analysis of trends in call quality parameters.
