Job summary
Dover Business Services (DBS) is looking for talented AR Analysts to join our new shared service center in Cebu, Philippines.Responsibilities
- Facilitate assignment and resolution of ServiceNow tickets including creation of debit and credit memos
- Work closely with AR Cash Application and Collections teams relative to ServiceNow tickets submitted to ensure timely issue resolution
- Monitor and track status of ServiceNow tickets assigned to the team
- Perform analysis and review on orders that are on hold
