    HR SPECIALIST – ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT


    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial
    Psychology or any relevant courses

    • With background in Organizational Development, company structure, job analysis and
    employee productivity.

    • At least 3 years of relevant experiences
    • Familiar with Organizational Charts

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Conducting Job analysis and creating Job Descriptions
    • Plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to
    employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.

    • Oversee the evaluation, classification, and rating of occupations and job positions.
    • Implement major changes in all aspects of operations.
    • Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligns with organizational
    goals.

    • Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.

    SALARY RANGE:
    25K – 30
