We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing/Social Media Coordinator to help drive our Australia office's marketing and branding efforts, bringing our story to life across multiple channels.

    About the Role

    As our Marketing/Social Media Coordinator, you'll support the Australia team in developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media, and strengthening our brand presence. Your work will help us connect with clients, candidates, and the wider community in meaningful ways.

    You'll be based in the Philippines but work closely with our Australia team—collaborating daily online, and with opportunities to travel to Australia for training, planning, or major events.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Australia office's marketing plans and campaigns
    • Help create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and our website
    • Maintain and grow our social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
    • Assist in producing marketing materials (presentations, brochures, ads)
    • Coordinate brand initiatives to ensure consistency across channels
    • Track campaign results and prepare reports for the team
    • Support event planning and execution (virtual and in-person)
    • Conduct basic market research as needed
    • Collaborate closely with marketing, recruitment, and leadership teams in both countries

    Who You Are

    • Positive, proactive, and creative
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
    • Strong understanding of social media marketing
    • Good eye for design (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools is a plus)
    • Detail-oriented and organized
    • Comfortable working with remote teams across time zones
    • 4-5 years of previous marketing/social media experience, recruitment industry experience is a bonus but not required
