    A multinational semiconductor manufacturing firm based in Calamba Laguna is seeking for a Sr. Operations Manager as part of its expansion.

    Work duration: Mon-Fri (Full time); usual dayshift schedule

    Job Functions:

    1. The Sr. Operations Manager is directly responsible for controlling operating costs, directing planning processes, budgeting, and goal setting initiatives in accordance with the strategic and policy frameworks set by the company's General Manager/Country Lead, the Corporation and Segment Leaders.

    2. The incumbent must drive quality, manufacturing excellence, productivity, on-time delivery, cost control and compliance to regulations. Whilst supporting business development and growth goals and promoting a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.

    3. Accountable for operational results of the company by managing operating costs.

    4. Oversee daily operations including all Manufacturing, Quality, Production Planning, Warehouse and Logistics, and Facilities Management.

    5. Works closely with local shared services and corporate departments including Finance, IT, Safety, Human Resources to ensure compliance with best practice business processes.

    6. Responsible for maintaining the highest degree of integrity, concern for quality, concern for meeting customer commitments, and concern for all personnel on site.

    7. Responsible for providing leadership for process development and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

    8. Contributes to the development of, and supports, the growth strategies of the business by developing the capabilities and capacity to meet growth opportunities.

    9. Assist in Business Planning and Development by producing and executing strategies derived during the five year and annual budget planning process.

    Job Requirements:


    • Bachelor of Science in Engineering. MBA Degree or units related to Manufacturing Operations is a plus.


    • Minimum 10 years' experience in Electronics or similar Production Operations.


    • Demonstrated ability to manage overall Operations including Support functions in a semiconductor/electronics environment.


    • Proficient computer skills, experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Email, internet access.


    • With relevant experience in capacity planning both tactical & strategic and CAPEX.
