Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of software engineers, architects, and build specialists.
Define and execute the technology build and engineering strategy, aligned with company goals.
Oversee the entire software development lifecycle.
Drive the implementation of best practices, development standards, and coding guidelines.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products, balancing speed and quality.

Required Skills:
Proven experience (10+ years) in software engineering and team leadership.
Strong technical acumen and expertise in software development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development practices is advantageous.

This position will be working with provider of banking products and related financial services.
