    Job Summary

    The Senior HR Consultant – Training & Speaking Engagements is a highly credible HR professional who combines deep HR expertise with exceptional facilitation, training, and public speaking capabilities. This role is responsible for delivering impactful HR training programs, keynote talks, and advisory services to clients, while also supporting strategic HR consulting engagements. The role serves as a subject‑matter expert and trusted voice on people management, leadership, and workplace practices.

    Key Responsibilities

    Training & Learning Excellence (Primary)

    • Design, develop, and deliver high‑impact HR and leadership training programs (virtual and in‑person)
    • Facilitate workshops, bootcamps, and learning sessions for:
    • Managers and leaders
    • HR professionals
    • Employees across levels
    • Customize training content based on client needs, industry, and maturity level
    • Translate complex HR, labor, and people concepts into engaging, practical, and relatable learning experiences
    • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve program design and delivery

    Speaking Engagements & Thought Leadership

    • Serve as a lead speaker for client events, conferences, leadership forums, and town halls
    • Deliver keynote talks and expert sessions on topics such as:
    • Leadership and people management
    • HR best practices and compliance
    • Culture, engagement, and performance
    • The future of work and HR transformation
    • Represent the organization as a credible HR thought leader in external engagements
    • Develop speaker decks, thought pieces, and talking points aligned with organizational and client branding

    HR Consulting & Advisory

    • Provide HR consulting services across the employee lifecycle (talent, performance, engagement, employee relations)
    • Advise clients on HR policies, systems, and people strategies
    • Support organizational change, leadership capability building, and culture initiatives
    • Guide clients on compliance with Philippine labor laws and HR governance
    • Provide coaching and advisory support to leaders and HR teams

    Client & Stakeholder Management

    • Build strong relationships with client leaders and decision‑makers
    • Manage training and consulting engagements end‑to‑end
    • Collaborate with internal consultants, facilitators, and subject‑matter experts
    • Prepare professional proposals, training outlines, and post‑engagement reports

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
    • 7–10+ years of solid HR experience, with proven exposure to training, facilitation, or speaking roles
    • Demonstrated ability to confidently speak in front of small groups, large audiences, and senior leaders
    • Strong working knowledge of:
    • Philippine labor laws
    • HR best practices
    • Leadership and people management frameworks
    • Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications

    • CHRA, SHRM‑CP/SCP, or similar HR certification
    • Background in HR consulting, training, facilitation, or executive education
    • Experience speaking at conferences, company events, or leadership forums
    • Exposure to BPO, shared services, SME, or startup environments
