    Roles and Responsibilities

    1. Conduct requirements elicitation, translating these into clear and organized business

    requirement, and prioritizing development and delivery in close coordination with key

    stakeholders and management.

    2. Extract, filter/clean and organize relevant data from various sources and transform these

    data into usable information.

    3. Analyze, interpret, and present data using various statistical and presentation techniques.

    4. Perform various data analysis activities, including data mining, exploration and discovery,

    feature analysis, data modeling, portrait labeling, etc.

    5. Responsible for developing reports, dashboards, data indicators and tags.

    6. Work closely with data owners to ensure any change in data structure and data elements

    are properly coordinated with the Big Data Team.

    7. Stakeholder Management: communicate and negotiate with key stakeholders and process

    owners to achieve a win-win solution given the constraints on costs, resources, skills, time,

    and other priorities.

    8. Project Management: plan, initiate, and manage constraints and deliverables to successfully

    complete and deliver project results.

    9. Quality Assurance: proactively manage incidents, problems, issues, and risks by

    implementing various techniques, methods, and best practices.

    10. Training and Support: Coordinate resources to provide training and support to business

    users to ensure appreciation and proper use of system functions and capabilities.

    11. Documentation and Knowledge Management: organize and prepare documentation of

    knowledge materials, including requirements specifications, solution design, flow charts,

    user manuals, etc., to ensure that all relevant information is recorded, stored, accessible and reusable.

    12. Improvement Initiatives. Research,assess, and employ best practices in data management,

    analysis, and controls, and continually enhance system functions and capabilities.

    Job Skills & Qualifications

    1. Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information

    Management, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent courses.

    2. Proficiency in managing relational database, such as Hive, Spark, MySQL, MPP, etc.

    3. Proficiency in data modeling, database design, data mining and segmentation techniques,

    4. Working knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing

    datasets

    5. Mastery in at least one programming language, such as: Python/Java/Scala, etc., and

    proficiency in numpy, pandas, sklearn and other tools.

    6. Familiarity with various data formats, artificial intelligence, machine learning and deep

    learning algorithms.

    7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    8. Excellent oral and written communications skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.

    9. Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
