About the job Top Sales Performers - Voice (Call Center Sales Agents) | Onsite
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu City)
Shift: No Fixed Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, establish and nurture long-term relationships, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Provide guidance and support to junior sales agents to enhance team performance.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, provide insights for improvement, and implement best practices to achieve optimal results.
- Work closely with other departments, including Customer Service and Reservations, to align sales strategies with company goals and address client needs.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success as a top sales performer in previous roles, with a record of exceeding sales targets and receiving recognitions or awards for exceptional performance.
- Strong sales skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and closing deals.
- At least a Highschool Grad
