    Location: Global Remote (Must work US Central Time)

    About the Role: We are a portfolio of two fast-growing companies:

    1. Interrupt Media: A B2B Digital Marketing & AI Agency (Practices: Glean, RevOps, Content, Demand Gen).
    2. Brass Animals: A National Entertainment Agency (14 concepts, 40 cities).

    We need a "Portfolio Manager" to act as the Right Hand to the CEO. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Operations, and Resource Management. Your goal is to ensure both companies are Profitable and Efficient.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Interrupt Media (Agency Efficiency)

    • Utilization & Profitability: You will own our Accelo & Asana environments. You will work with the Business Unit Leads (Glean, RevOps, Content, DG) to track billable hours vs. capacity. You don't just report the numbers; you fix the gaps.
    • Bench Building: You will work with HR to build a deep bench of contractors so we are ready to scale immediately when new projects land.
    • AI Ops: You will support our internal AI workflows (using ) to ensure our delivery is automated and lean.

    2. Brass Animals (Logistics & Automation)

    • Workflow Maintenance: We manage hundreds of musicians using automated workflows in You will partner with the Director of Sales & Ops to maintain and improve these automations. If a Zap breaks, you fix it.
    • Musician Capacity: Unlike the agency side, our supply (musicians) is eager for more work. Your job is to ensure the operational pipes are clear so we can feed them more gigs without the system breaking.

    3. Shared Finance & Admin (The Cashflow)

    • Invoicing & Cashflow: You work with our Finance team to prepare invoices for the CEO's approval. You manage AR/AP to ensure we have a clear view of cash position every Friday.
    • Executive Assistance: You manage the CEO's Inbox (processed 3x daily) and Calendar. You are the gatekeeper.

    Who You Are:

    • The "Agency Operator": You have experience with Accelo, Asana, or similar agency management tools. You understand "Utilization Rates" and "Project Margin."
    • The "Automator": You aren't scared of You understand how to map fields between a CRM (Salesforce/GHL) and a database.
    • The Integrator: You are comfortable working with senior leaders (Directors of Sales, Practice Leads) to get the data you need.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years remote experience (Agency Operations or OBM experience preferred).
    • Willingness to work US Central Time (CST).
    • Experience with Accelo and Asana (or complex CRM/Project Management tools).
    • Familiarity with (formerly Integromat), Airtable, and other AI tools.
