    About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled Sales Recruiter who can source, screen, and hire top-tier Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs).

    The ideal candidate will manage a dedicated pipeline of sales professionals, ensuring every candidate passes rigorous English communication and tooling assessments to meet client standards.

    • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for SDR and AE roles — from sourcing to job offer.
    • Build and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified sales candidates for multiple client accounts.
    • Conduct screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, sales acumen, and software proficiency.
    • Coordinate with Operations and Client Success teams to align hiring profiles and ensure proper role fit.
    • Administer tooling assessments (CRM, lead gen platforms, communication tools, etc.) to validate candidate readiness.
    • Track, document, and report candidate progress using internal recruitment systems and databases.
    • Optimize sourcing channels and recruitment funnels to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire metrics.
    • Stay updated on sales hiring trends, market compensation, and emerging candidate pools.
