    Job Description

    Salary Grade : 10 (Php 23,176.00)

    Status of Employment : : Contract of Service

    Location/Office : Field Office VII

    Program/Division/Unit : : Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program

    Reports to : Administrative Officer V

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:

    Education : Bachelor's Degree Relevant to the job

    Experience : None Required

    Training : None Required

    Eligibility : None Required

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:

    Education : Bachelor's degree relevant to the job,

    preferably Business

    Management/Accounting

    Experience : One (1) year of relevant experience

    Training : Four (4) hours of relevant training

    Eligibility : RA 1080 /CS(Professional)/Second Level

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    1. Performs administrative functions related to property and supply management activities
    2. Facilitate procurement and reporting
    3. Prepare periodic reports on the status of equipment
    4. Maintain orderly and up-to-date records and ledger cards of equipment Accomplishment of performance commitment and appraisal
    5. Performs other tasks related to Pantawid Pamilya operation as necessary.
