    About the Role

    We are looking for a motivated actuarial candidate to join our Corporate Underwriting (CU) support team. In this role, you will:

    • Conduct actuarial audits.
    • Build dashboards and tools to improve CU team efficiency.
    • Support risk assessment and monitoring.
    • Serve as a liaison between the actuarial team and business partners.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist with actuarial audits for North America and international business units.
    • Maintain and improve the CU Risk-Based Audit Dashboard.
    • Provide training on actuarial concepts to the CU audit team.
    • Support ad-hoc requests and special projects as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Strong interest in actuarial science and insurance (no prior experience required).
    • Willingness to pursue actuarial exams and professional P&C credentials.
    • Technical skills: Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint; basic knowledge of SQL, Snowflake, VBA, Python, or similar. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
    • Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead discussions.
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Computer Science.
