- Design, develop, and optimize complex Pega applications.
- Demonstrate understanding of workflows, integrations, and system optimization
- Engage with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers, providing valuable insights The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development
- Knowledgeable in Pega Platform Architecture and design principles, as well as Pega integration patterns.
- Nice-to-have: Pega Certification, preferably Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum/DevOps projects
