Job Responsibilities:

As an Infrastructure & Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of IT Infrastructure & services to internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibility is to provide IT service desk fulfillment process, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the IT organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Problem Management: together with Change Management team, review, assess and recommends permanent resolutions to the recurring issues must be systematically and methodically plan for design, build, and apply.
• Service Level Agreement: Regularly reviews IT tickets and ensures issues are resolved and any escalations are properly handled to meet the resolutions with the agreed SLA; collaborates with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• User Training and Education: Conduct user training sessions and create user guides to enhance end-user knowledge and self-service capabilities. Provide guidance on IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and streamlining of IT service delivery. Proactively propose and implement enhancements to optimize service efficiency and effectiveness.
• Asset Management (Digital and non-digital): Responsible for overseeing the procurement, tracking and disposal of hardware, software and other IT equipment. Ensures that the IT assets are properly documented, dispense and dispose.
• Administrative: Assists in the operations and project activities such as but not limited to new store openings requirements, training and events with technical and software requirements, implementation of application usage etc.
• Information Security: work with the Associate Director in developing the Information security roadmap and making sure all plans and programs are delivered on time and properly transitioned to operations.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years in managing LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies
• At least 2 years in handling information security initiatives and operations.
• Manages and configures Network equipment: Switch, Router, WIFI AP, and configure VPNs, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
• Understands and has experience in deploying WAN technologies: Leased line, 5G, DSL and VPN.
• Knowledgeable in open-source technologies (Firewall and load balancing)
• With experience on SaaS (Cloud platforms: Azure/AWS) management, design and build.
• Knowledgeable in Security principles and configuration (Packet filtering, port blocking, domain filtering, SPAM, malware, etc).
• Can manage M365 platform (Teams, Email, Sharepoint).
• Preferably with ITIL certification on Service Management.
• Strong technical aptitude and understanding of IT service delivery principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with end-users and technical teams effectively.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient is using MS productivity Tools (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
