Job summary
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Business Risk Manager.This role forms part of the Bank's Business Risk and Resilience (BRR) Team under the Group Chief Operating Office (GCOO). The BRR Manager's primary purpose is to protect our customers, the bank and our colleagues -- by embedding the risk and control and operational resilience framework in HSBC Philippines.
Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills with experience in risk management particularly on Regulatory and Resilience Risks. They should also have Data management skills analytical thinking to support testing assurance activities reporting for management decision-making Communication corporate governance capable implementing simplification efficiency techniques strategic partnership customer-centricity knowledge IWPB Business GCOO remit.
