Job summary
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Distributor Sales Specialist to oversee and support our distributor network across NCR.We're looking for someone who thrives in fieldwork, relationship-building, and performance-driven environments. The role involves managing distributors to achieve sales targets,
ensuring product availability and proper merchandising across assigned territories,
building strong relationships with distributors through coaching and mentoring,
and monitoring market conditions to support strategic decisions.
- Sales management experience in van selling or distribution.
- Able to handle heavy loads and willing to perform extensive fieldwork within NCR.
- Data management analytical skills.
