Job summary
purchasing and logistics officer will perform close coordination with branch managers regarding planning out of volume to be ordered and lead time ordering to ensure adequate inventory levels are kept update daily online inventory monitoring perform inventory count on a weekly basis complete and timely recording of orders received in the system and perform periodic reconciliation of quantity of actual inventory vs recorded in the system forecast funds to request for bakery ingredients and supplies
