    Job Title: Civil Engineer

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team at Dempsey Resource Management Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction industry, excellent communication and leadership skills, and be able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Attend site meetings and ensure projects are executed according to plan
    • Utilize AutoCAD and SketchUp for design and drafting purposes
    • Conduct inspections and quality control checks on site
    • Prepare and submit reports as required

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed)
    • At least 3-4 years of experience as an In-House Engineer in Construction Industry
    • Vast experience in attending site meetings and conducting inspections
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
    • Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and SketchUp
    • Pleasing personality and appearance
    • Good communication and leadership skills
    • Professional, upright, and accountable
    • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and reliable

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Driver's License
    • Living within Metro Manila or near the area (Banawe/La Loma, Quezon City)
