    What You Will Do

    • Responsible for handling the company clinic ensuring for DOLE Compliance. Also support for medical first aid.
    • Provides secretarial support which may include arranging appointments, word processing, completion of reports, documents and forms, telephone reception (in the absence of the Receptionist), visitors hotel bookings, etc.
    • Ensures the office is in a clean and safe condition at all times and shall arrange for any repair work to be carried out expeditiously.
    • Receives all incoming letters and correspondence and ensure distribution to the appropriate to person or department.
    • Assists the Administration Supervisor and Manager in purchasing function and ascertaining stock levels inventory are kept at economic level.

    What We Are Looking For

    • 4-year course graduate in Nursing or related field.
    • 1-year work experience preferred, fresh grads are welcome to apply.
    • Background and experience in medical science is highly referable.

    Our office is located:

    Asean Avenue, Aseana City, Tambo, 1701 City of Parañaque

    This is a permanent position, working normal hours from Monday to Friday (no shifts).
