We are looking for a Training Specialist (Learning & Development) who is passionate about building people capability and strengthening organizational performance.
This role handles end-to-end training management — from needs analysis and module creation to delivery and impact measurement.
This position is open to higher-rank applicants depending on experience, expertise, and capability.
We are particularly looking for someone with strong e-learning experience, as our organization is moving towards digital learning solutions to increase training reach, scalability, and accessibility.
If you are both a strong facilitator and analytical thinker who can also build digital learning systems, this role is for you.
End-to-End Training Management
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across assigned departments
- Develop and execute annual and mid-year training plans
- Manage internal and external training programs
- Oversee training logistics, coordination, and documentation
- Ensure smooth and effective implementation of all training initiatives
Module Development & Instructional Design
- Create structured, outcome-based learning modules
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content creation
- Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and presentations
- Convert technical or operational processes into engaging learning content
- Continuously improve modules based on feedback and performance data
E-Learning & Digital Learning Development
- Design and develop e-learning courses and digital training materials
- Transform classroom-based programs into scalable online modules
- Explore and implement LMS or digital learning platforms
- Track learner progress, completion rates, and engagement metrics
- Improve digital learning experience to maximize reach and impact
Training Measurement & Analytics
- Develop and implement training evaluation frameworks
- Analyze pre- and post-training data
- Prepare management reports and training dashboards
- Recommend data-driven improvements
Facilitation
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual training sessions
- Facilitate assigned training programs, workshops, and structured learning experiences
- Encourage participation and practical application
- Manage group dynamics effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Strong data analysis and reporting capability
- Experience in module development and instructional design
- Hands-on experience in e-learning development and/or LMS platforms
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital tools
- Organized, analytical, and results-oriented
- Preferred but not required: Licensed Psychometrician with corporate L&D experience is highly preferred, especially for integrating psychometric assessments into employee development programs.
