    As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for building an ongoing leads funnel with several active and new accounts.

    You will answer their product and shipping inquiries while building a long-lasting relationship through different communication channels like phone calls, emails, WhatsApp and Skype.

    Strong communication and comprehension skills are a must to succeed.

    Measurements of success within this role include:
    The total dollar value of goods sold within each month.
    The total number and frequency of sales orders per existing account per quarter.
    Client retention per quarter.
    Sales to new accounts each month.
    You will follow our sales process and SOPs to deal with objections, provide product and shipping details, handle requests, follow up on opportunities, and consistently maintain your
    accounts' data in our CRM.

    You may also have the chance to strengthen our work culture by supporting the learning of new and existing team members on best practices and onboarding.

    If you are selected to be promoted to a Team Lead/Manager & you will be responsible for retaining talent, hiring, training, and coaching team members further building out a successful Sales Team.
