    Our B2B Campaign Operations team is looking for a highly operational CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to support lifecycle campaigns across multiple brands.

    Compensation & Perks

    Salary: Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements

    Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-home

    Bonuses:

    • $25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonus
    • Anniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)

    What You'll Do

    1) Campaign Building (60%)

    • Build email drip campaigns, automations, and lifecycle flows in platforms like Iterable, Braze, or similar ESPs
    • Update creative and copy within workflows to support tests and ongoing optimization

    2) Quality Assurance (20%)

    • QA all campaigns before launch: links, segmentation, audience logic, UTMs, rendering, compliance, and overall accuracy
    • Ensure flawless technical setup and solid deliverability for all sends

    3) Project Management (20%)

    • Collaborate with Strategy, Ops, Brand, and Creative teams
    • Document workflow updates in Figma and communicate changes via Slack
    • Assist with weekly reporting by pulling metrics and organizing insights

    What You'll Do

    • 3+ years using CRM/ESP platforms (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, HubSpot, etc.)
    • End-to-end email operations experience: build → QA → launch
    • 1+ year project-managing marketing campaigns
    • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivots, formulas)
    • Comfortable using Slack for team communication
    • Extremely detail-oriented and operationally strong

    Nice-to-Have Skills

    • Iterable experience — major plus
    • Tableau or similar analytics tools
    • Basic HTML or API familiarity
    • Figma experience for workflow documentation (training available)
    • Experience with delivery/service apps (e.g., Grab)
