    EQUIPMENT SALES ASSOCIATE
    Reporting directly to the Equipment & Hospital Partnership Manager the Equipment Sales
    Associate is responsible for preparing quotations, sales of audiological equipment, product
    demonstrations, delivery and training of the end-users, and engagement in private and public
    biddings.


    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • QUOTATION & BIDDING
    1.1. Conducts telephone inquiries and sends out brochures and quotations.
    1.2. Secures technical and financial documents requirements for private and public bidding.
    1.3. Submits the company's proposal & requirements to public and private biddings.

    • SALES OF AUDIOLOGICAL EQUIPMENT
    2.1. Establishes rapport to end users.
    2.2. Attends to queries regarding audiological equipment.
    2.3. Explains the features of audiological equipment.

    • PRODUCT DEMONSTRATION
    3.1. Secures and coordinates schedule of product demonstration with the end-users, Purchasing Manager, Audiology Trainer.
    3.2. Coordinates demo unit equipment to be used for product demonstration.

    • DELIVERY OF MACHINE
    4.1. Attends to inquiries from clients regarding the availability of machine, accessories and coordinates them with the concerned department.

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
    College Graduate of Sales, Marketing, Medical-Allied Courses

    WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
    With 2-3 years of related work experience in sales & Marketing-related positions
