Job Summary
The Building Engineer will oversee engineering operations and maintenance of buildings and equipment developing a 52-week maintenance program coordinating with tenants reviewing fit-out plans recommending improvements implementing energy conservation measures ensuring compliance with CMMS timely recording tenant utilities.
Qualifications
- Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in engineering operations repair and maintenance in commercial or office buildings supervisory role
