- Performs a variety of manual tasks such as shipping, checking of room facilities, assist training.
- Collects and delivers office correspondence and documents.
- Maintain in an orderly manner stocks of office supplies and materials.
- Runs office-related errands including bank, liaising with other government and agencies.
- Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of office desks, comfort rooms, cabinets, fixtures, and other office equipment.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the superior.
- Basic knowledge in clerical and inventory work using computer – word and excel.
- Basic interpersonal skills.
