    What Sales Support Administration contributes to Cardinal Health

    Sales Support Administration is responsible for customer maintenance and support, sales quotas, and/or order fulfillment and adjustments.

    Qualifications

    • Open to B4, P1, and P2CHIP employees
    • Graduate of Bachelor's degree required
    • At least 2 years substantial work experience in stakeholder management in a Business Process Outsourcing organization
    • Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills is highly required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office products
    • Amenable to work in US hours and hybrid work modality
    • At least one year in current role with CHIP
    • Not under a prescriptive period for any disciplinary action stipulated in the Employee Handbook (no PIPs/DAs)
    • Last performance rating of 3.0 or above
    • Can start on May 13, 2024

    • Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties.
