    With at least 10 years managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management

    Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, & air-conditioning

    With at least five (5) years' experience as a Manager

    With experience in after sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management

    With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills

    High proficiency in MS Office especially in MS Excel.
