- Coordinate with dealer agents to ensure timely and accurate submission of complete documents and post-approval requirements
- Facilitate conversion of dealer agent-referred accounts into successful loan bookings
- Manage relationships with dealer partners by addressing issues promptly and maintaining consistent EastWest presence to drive loyalty and productivity
