Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Admin and Accounting Assistant to join the team at Minton Multiresources, Inc. in Metro Manila.This role is integral to supporting the day-to-day administrative and accounting operations of the company.
- Providing administrative support to the wider team including managing calendars arranging meetings and processing correspondence
- Maintaining updating financial records accounts ensuring accuracy compliance with accounting standards
- Assisting with preparation of financial reports invoices other accounting-related documents
