The Registration and Compliance Specialist is responsible for the commercial switch of Open Access customers under Phase III, Phase IV, Phase V, Green Energy Option Program (GEOP), Mindanao Open Access, and the execution and implementation of service agreements with distribution utilities.

The position shall also prepare, analyze (if necessary), and submit compliance reports and other submissions of the AP RES Entities to relevant government agencies in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

The role may coordinate with other internal teams such as Regulatory Affairs, but shall specifically manage the compliance of Retail and the AP RES Entities to reportorial, licensing, and permitting requirements of the DOE, ERC, PEMC, PEZA, and other relevant government agencies.
