    OVERVIEW

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Meet with other teams to discuss practices
    • Analyze the efficiency of existing business processes through data and artifacts
    • Identify areas of improvement, efficiency and gaps in the practices
    • Create and present process improvement reports
    • Follow through on implementations of processes
    • Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
    • Update process and procedure policies
    • Conduct regular checking of artifacts and other records of executions
    • Champion agile methodologies in process management
