— UP Technohub, Quezon City (Hybrid / Dayshift)


Qualifications:
— At least 2+ years experience in IT Business Analysis

— Experience in JIRA- or other project management tool

— Creation of users stories, gather business requirements, acceptance criteria, plot timeline

— Can facilitate/ create meetings with stakeholder

— Knowledge in Product Development / Product Backlogs Item

— SDLC


Duties and Responsibilities:
— Assist the Product Owner in the initial development and prioritization of the Product Backlog;

— Facilitate discussions with other stakeholders/ SMEs as needed, to clarify and refine the product backlog

— Assist the team members in understanding the product backlog

— Define requirements and functional specifications from the client's stakeholders.

— Ensure developed user stories and acceptance criteria are complete, approved and groomed on time

— Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Operational Readiness and Pre-implementation Support
