About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused DIGi Healthcare Account Representative to join our talented team at DXC Technology in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships and delivering tailored solutions to meet our customers' needs.

What you'll be doing

Responding to inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a professional and empathetic manner
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues efficiently, while ensuring a positive customer experience
Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our internal systems
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide seamless support and solutions to customers
Continuously expanding your product and service knowledge to better assist customers

What we're looking for

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer concerns
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and data entry
A positive, patient, and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment
