    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team in achieving their goals. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providingadministrative assistance to the sales team, managing sales documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating communication between internal teams and clients.

    Responsibilities:
    • Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing sales documents.
    • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, leads, and opportunities, utilizing CRM software (Hubspot).
    • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt resolution f issues.
    • Calendar Management: Coordinate sales team calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as needed.
    • Reporting: Generate reports on sales metrics, performance, and forecasts for management review, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between sales team members and other departments, such as marketing and operations, to support overall business objectives.
    • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads, industry trends, and competitive insights to support sales efforts.


    Requirements

    • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
    • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
    • Must be able to work from9PM-6AM
